Social Media Specialist/Content Creator

Position Overview

Our client in the real estate space is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist with content creation experience. The person in this role will help with content creation for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

This role is part time (8-12 hours per week) and candidates need to be available to film on site in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens). This is a 3 month contract with opportunity to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
• Engage with followers and respond to comments in a timely manner
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, specifically on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Experience with Sprout Social and video production is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
