Sr. Print Producer - Print Production, agency background

Our client, a healthcare agency, is looking for a freelance Print Producer to join their team, ideally in a temp to perm capacity! This role is 100% remote, working EST hours. You must be able to work east coast business hours daily in order to be considered for this role.

The Print Producer Will

• manage the end-to-end production process for print deliverables, including brochures, mailers, packaging, and magazines
• work as primary consultant to the project management office for all planning / production of printed materials
• ensure teams are informed held accountable for deadlines, and monitor production process
• oversee vendor performance, and work directly with advertisers trafficking print ads (negotiate pricing, timelines, etc. as-needed)
• manage client-owned mailing lists, and the hand-off to direct publishers
• provide final reviews / proofing to ensure quality of deliverables meets agency client standards
  
  

The Print Producer Has

• strong knowledge of the print production process, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have specific print experience with ad trafficking and mailer list management
• 4 years of experience, with agency background required
• prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not mandatory
• strong attention to detail, and ability to proof all deliverables
• proficient in project management tools (ideally Adobe Workfront)
