Our client is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join their team. This is a fully onsite role in Phoenix, AZ and is contract-to-hire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that enhance the usability and aesthetics of digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Manage the website experience, ensuring it's optimized for usability, performance, and conversion.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create and maintain design specifications, style guides, and design systems.
- Utilize design tools such as Sketch and Figma to develop high-quality mockups and prototypes.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize layout, userflows, and content for better engagement and conversions.
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience and interface design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in user experience design and user interface design.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in front-end technologies including HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
