User Experience Writer (2 SUBS)
The Amazon Delivery Experience (ADX) UX writing team is seeking a strategic, senior-level UX writer with a passion for content strategy. In partnership with UX designers youll create best-in-class app experiences across the diverse global audiences of the Amazon delivery experience. Youll work alongside researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to make shopping easy and joyful for Amazon customers, help delivery drivers complete their routes safely, and more.
We are seeking a talented User Experience Writer to join our team, focusing on creating clear and concise content that enhances the user journey and engages customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, especially in the B2C eCommerce sector.

- Conduct user research to understand audience needs and integrate findings into content strategy.
- Develop content strategies that align with product goals and user needs.
- Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and usable for all audiences.
- Scale content efforts through partner education and support.
- 4 years of professional UX writing experience.
- Experience in B2C eCommerce preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating writing skills and UX design understanding.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
