Our healthcare client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team to help redesign their sites.
Location: Fully Remote, EST preferred
Duration: approx 20 hours; potential to turn ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Social / Digital UI/UX Design: Redesign and optimize social- and content-rich sites to improve user engagement and accessibility.
- User Research & Testing: In partnership with internal teams, conduct research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Develop and maintain UI design patterns for a cohesive user experience across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including developers, content strategists, and ad operations, to implement design solutions.
- Ad Experience Optimization: Ensure a seamless integration of advertising within the user experience while maintaining usability.
- Responsive & Accessible Design: Ensure designs follow WCAG accessibility standards and perform well across all devices.
- 5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in social, media, or healthcare industries.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience working on advertiser-supported digital products.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development best practices (coding skills are a plus but not required).
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer, meet deadlines, and manage projects effectively.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX designs, user-centered improvements, and ad-supported experiences.
- Experience designing for healthcare, medical, or professional B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with advertising strategies (native ads, display ads, sponsored content).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on UX.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or custom solutions).
