Our hospitality client in McLean, VA, is looking for a Video Producer to join their team on a 5-month contract with the possibility of extending. This position is 40 hours a week and requires you to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
As the Video Producer you will be tasked with supporting video and photo shoots of various locations. You will act as the main POC for internal and external partners and production teams. You will manage the entire project from pre-production through production and post to final delivery.

As the Video Producer you will be tasked with supporting video and photo shoots of various locations. You will act as the main POC for internal and external partners and production teams. You will manage the entire project from pre-production through production and post to final delivery.
Duties Of The Video Producer
- Assist the production team on managing shoot logistics
- Act as onsite lead and line produce social-first content
- Understand project goals, scope, productions and guidelines
- Work across departments and manage communication updates for content development and logistics
- Maintain all documentation including releases, expenses, content capture guidelines, etc
- Provide production progress reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage the archiving of all digital assets
- Manage production inventory for production gear
- A minimum of 5 years of experience project managing video and production shoots
- Knowledge of all aspects of video and photo shoots
- Experience with post-production file archiving
- Experience developing production schedules
- Experience managing external video production agencies
- Must be comfortable with potential travel - potential to be up to 20% of time
