Our agency client is looking for a freelance Web Project Manager to streamline client onboarding, manage website development projects, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions.
This opportunity is ongoing, fully remote and will range from 25-40 hours a week depending on workload. The client asks that you be mostly available during 10:30am-4pm ET, they'll work out a schedule with the selected candidate that makes sense for all sides.

Web Project Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee website development projects from inception to launch
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate resources across departments to meet project requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Guide clients through onboarding and promptly seek approvals and feedback to maintain project momentum
- Utilize Asana to track project progress and task assignments
- Communicate with team members and clients via HubSpot as a CRM.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Basic understanding of website development processes in WordPress and digital marketing principles
- Proficient working with Asana or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations effectively
