Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Creative Communications is a behavioral health clinic providing full-time, in-center and home-based Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism. CCABA primarily accepts clients ages 3-12 and who have an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. CCAB is a small agency that strives to provide quality services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
- BCBA license from BCAB (Required)
- Licensure in Illinois
- 3 years of ABA experience
- Document and provide required supervision hours of staff and clients
- Ability to de-escalate clients and confidently direct staff in crisis situations to ensure staff and client safety
- Monitor data via Central Reach Essentials
- Track progress of clients and provide support to BT / RBT’s as needed.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness & organization
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain excellent documentation of client interactions, staff interactions, etc.
- Provide corrective feedback to employees both verbally and written
- Substitute for absent staff when needed
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Oversee 6-8 BTs
- Collaborate with other doctors / therapists / specialists for clients by attending necessary appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain client records
- Work alongside our Clinical Director and provide any needed information in a timely manner
- Attend team and school meetings when necessary
- Lead parent trainings and team meetings
- 24 billable hours per week
