This is a full-time role expected at 40hrs/week in the exciting InsureTech field.
Responsibilities:
The 3H/Creative Compliance team has been at the forefront of the insurance regulatory compliance space for almost 20 years. During this time it has continued to expand upon its service offerings while providing: 1. best in class product support; 2. tailor-made cloud based platform functionality; 3. temporary, partial, and full-tie managed service outsource compliance support solution options; and 4. regulatory compliance professional support options. Creative Compliance is unique in that it is the only company in the insuretech compliance space which developed its cloud based system in house for its own in-house compliance team resulting in a simple, easy-to-use software platform, which is proven, on a daily basis, to benefit our in-house team and our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as part of our developmet team to analyze requirements, build software components and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by analyzing, researching, and solving complex application problems.
- Develop maintainable and high-quality code that is well tested.
- Experiment and keep the toolchains and frameworks updated and current by recommending tooling updates as well as pitching newer and more efficient technology.
- 3 years of developing applications involving multiple technologies in ColdFusion/CFML and SQL.
- Experience with API development (REST, SOAP).
- Experience with JSON and XML processing.
- Self modivated to complete projects on time.
- Knowledge of Java is a plus
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like Node.js, Vue is a plus
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
- Paid vacation commensurate with length of service
