Qualifications:
- valid driver's license
- experience erecting metal buildings
- experience in construction related leadership roles
- experience running a crew and providing direction on a job site
- experience communicating with customers
- ability to read metal building plans
- competent at installing metal sheeting, roofing, walls and trims
- training in operating ariel man lifts/telehandlers
- team player with a positive attitude

We erect Wick post frame buildings, Chief pre-engineered metal buildings, and we stick-frame homes/additions. We also do earthwork, septic systems, pour concrete, and move snow. We work year-round, rarely experiencing the need to lay any employees off in the winter. As we value family-time, we often work longer days Monday to Thursday, so we can be off on Friday. We work an average of 45 hours each week.
