Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage studio classes and students ( lessons will be set up but value imput and ideas)
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of studio supplies and equipment
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote studio services
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Work all 2 hour events as needed for F-S-S , Daily working afternoon shift while classes are in sessions ( Studio hours open M-F 2-6).

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or art industry or have a creative artisitic side. Must be able to create art projects
- Personable work well with children and young adults along with adults.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of stock management principles to ensure adequate supply levels
- Familiarity with market trends and inform marketing strategies
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients and staff

Must have a car, valid drivers license and insurance
- Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and schedules

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
