Creative Director - Brand Experience

Job Description

Creative Cove Inc. is looking for a Creative Director - Brand Experience to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual strategies for our seasonal campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Collaborate with creatives to develop engaging visual content and storytelling.
• Work closely with other art directors and designers to ensure cohesive creative output.
• Partner with copywriters, photographers, and videographers to bring campaigns to life.
• Oversee the visual direction of brand photography and videography, ensuring a polished and refined aesthetic.
• Manage relationships with external creative partners and agencies as needed.
• Allocate resources efficiently to balance financial constraints with artistic ambition.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a senior creative role, with 3 years in the retail, CPG, fashion, or similar industries.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print and web projects.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments, including merchandising, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong knowledge in the use of AI and other emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
