Head of Art and Design
Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a talented Head of Art and Design to lead our creative team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual strategies for our seasonal campaigns.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement visual designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Collaborate with creatives to develop engaging visual content and storytelling.
- Work closely with other art directors and designers to ensure cohesive creative output.
- Partner with copywriters, photographers, and videographers to bring campaigns to life.
- Oversee the visual direction of brand photography and videography, ensuring a polished and refined aesthetic.
- Manage relationships with external creative partners and agencies as needed.
- Allocate resources efficiently to balance financial constraints with artistic ambition.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a senior creative role, with 3 years in the retail, CPG, fashion, or similar industries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print and web projects.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments, including merchandising, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong knowledge in the use of AI and other emerging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
