Senior Creative Director

Job Summary

Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Director to lead our team in creating innovative visual experiences for our seasonal campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the visual strategy for all seasonal campaigns across digital, print, and e-commerce channels.
• Collaborate with creatives to develop compelling visual storytelling and brand photography.
• Work closely with other art directors and designers to ensure cohesive creative output.
• Partner with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Oversee the art direction for brand photography and videography, ensuring a refined aesthetic.
• Manage relationships with external creative partners and agencies as needed.
• Allocate resources efficiently to balance financial constraints with artistic ambition.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and merchandising teams to align creative output with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a senior creative role, with 3 years in the retail, CPG, fashion, or similar industries.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of print and web projects.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments, including merchandising, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong knowledge in the use of AI and other emerging technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
