What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caterer - Part-Time position at Creative Dining Services?
Creative Dining Services is looking for Catering staff at The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, IN. Catering staff serves as partner with Dining Services Supervisor/Director. This includes the actual working of coffee breaks, receptions, and meals including set-up, service, and clean-up. Catering staff interact with customers/ guests at events with professionalism, service and grace.
Core Responsibilities
- Sets up, serves and cleans up dining room as directed.
- Interacts with guests and customers at events with professionalism, service and grace, upholding the customer service expectations of CDS and the client/account.
- Ensures all dishes, utensils, and other equipment from the storeroom are clean and properly returned to their correct place. Ensures proper lock-up procedures are followed and enforced.
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 year minimum experience with food service and catering preferred.
