Service Supervisor - Second Shift - Full Time

 We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our front of house supervising team, serving great food to hungry students using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our staff have every-other weekend off, paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.
 

Core Responsibilities:
 1. Assist the Associate Director with all aspects of service
 2. Assist the Associate Director in supervising employees
 3. Assist the Associate Director with counting drawers and running closing reports
 4. Follow all food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
 5. Assist with conflict resolution between employees
 6. Provide superior customer service.
 7. Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.
 8. Other duties as assigned.
 

Second shift works 2pm – 10:30pm. Hours may change during summer and breaks in the school year.
 
 Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of supervisor experience
• Computer literacy

Physical Demands/Environment:
 Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
 Environment may include hot, humid or cold conditions.
