What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Worker Full Time position at Creative Dining Services?
Creative Dining Services is looking for Full Time Utility Workers at Denso in Southfield, MI. This location is opening in January, 2025.
The rate of pay for this position is $17.00/hr.
Standard Operating Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m (hours are approximate).
No weekends!!
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensures trash bins are clean and emptied as needed throughout the day. Picks up trash and debris around dock, employee entrance and landscaping areas
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors as needed
- Keeps the dock and receiving area clean and organized at all times
- Works in the dishroom as required, ensuring all equipment, pots/pans, smallwares and serviceware is clean and safe for use
- Scrubs and mops the cooler floors daily
- Assists in cleaning back of house (i.e. work tables, walls, etc.) and front of house (i.e. guest tables, dispensers, walls, carpets, tables)
- Cleans and organizes the janitor's closet
- Cleans employee restrooms and checks all the paper towel and soap dispensers, and refills them daily
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
