We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Windows Sales Manager to join our team in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the window industry and possess excellent sales management skills.  MUST have experience working with Andersen Windows or PGT. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven sales management experience in the window industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
