We are seeking a skilled Trim Estimator to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost of trim work for various construction projects. The Trim Estimator will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of projects.  MUST know blue beam or other take off software.  MUST have Custom Homes experience.   

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required for trim work
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for trim work
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of projects
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and availability of materials
• Track and manage project costs to ensure profitability
• Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trim Estimator
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
