What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician-Equipment position at Creative Edge Landscapes?
Landscape Technician
We are currently looking for construction field staff to fill out our team. Work outdoors with other great people who enjoy bringing drawings to life with their hands.
Ideal candidates will be dedicated, reliable, available to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm and potentially Saturdays during our busiest season, with experience in landscape construction and operating common equipment. This position requires physical strength for lifting, pushing, and pulling, as well as stamina to work in a variety of conditions.
Preferred candidates will have a valid driver's license, the ability to drive a truck and trailer, and bilingual skills.
Crew leaders will take instruction from the sales team and relay it to the construction team clearly and decisively. They will participate in landscape project construction, monitor and complete jobs on schedule, and provide on-the-job training for beginning crew members. Crew leaders must have a detailed understanding of landscape construction and at least 5 years of experience.
Landscape technicians will efficiently construct landscape projects, care for equipment and vehicles, and maintain a basic knowledge of various materials, construction techniques, and safety procedures.
