About The Role
Creative Edge Media is seeking a skilled photographer to join our growing team in Fort Collins. This contractor role is perfect for individuals with a passion for visual storytelling, a creative mindset, and the technical expertise to capture stunning visuals. This is a contractor role to start, with potential to grow into an employee position in the future! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality still photography of interior and exterior spaces.
- Create 360-degree walkthroughs with a 360 camera for immersive virtual tours.
- Utilize drones to capture compelling aerial shots of properties and surroundings.
- Produce professional-grade videos, Walk-Through and Cinematic.
- Coordinate with property owners, real estate agents, and our team to ensure shoot success.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Proficiency in photography with an eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients and team members.
- A professional attitude and commitment to high-quality work.
- No prior real estate photography experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training, but having some experience is always a bonus!
Required Gear
Applicants must have access to:
- A professional camera (DSLR or Mirrorless), wide angle lens and a sturdy tripod.
- A 360 camera for creating virtual property tours.
- A drone for aerial photography (FAA Part 107 certification).
- A modern smartphone with high-resolution camera capabilities.
- A phone gimbal for smooth handheld footage.
- Optional: A camera gimbal for professional-quality video production.
Photography will be the primary focus of this role, requiring high-quality stills and 360 virtual tours. While professional video equipment is not mandatory at the start, it is highly recommended for those looking to expand their scope of work and increase opportunities within the company.
