What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packer Operator position at Creative Employment Solutions, LLC.?
Employee will assist in processing material through the plant and into silos. The material is transferred from the silos and packaged in bags and bulk material is loaded in rail cars. There is a variety of equipment that folks will be trained on such as forklifts, rail car movers, bobcats, mills, packers, dryers etc.

Under direct supervision, operates packer for bagging operations and is knowledgeable of palletizing/shrink-wrapping procedures.
Loads trucks for shipment.
Adheres to HSE guidelines and observes all safety rules and procedures.
Operates bag packer, pallet table, or related equipment.
Assures proper bag codes and markings are used.
Skills are typically acquired through completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent. This is an entry level position.
12 Hour Shift, rotating days and nights
On site at Colony plant/facility

Pay: $24.50 per hour
