In this role, you'll develop authentic relationships with customers, guiding them through the design process to create a compelling vision for their properties. You'll collaborate closely with our team of Registered Landscape Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Design professionals, CAD Technicians, and 3D artists. Together, we'll bring your vision to life through detailed, visually compelling presentations, that include comprehensive plans, 3D renderings, material samples, and price estimates.
The role extends beyond design, though. You'll also help guide the customer through the project's subsequent crucial phases, including contracting, construction documentation, permitting/engineering, and construction coordination. Our robust seven-step milestone inspection process skillfully guides our customers through each construction phase. This journey not only fortifies the bond with the construction manager but also guarantees top-notch results, exemplary design vision, and exceptional customer experience.
Upon project completion, you'll transition the customer to our dedicated Customer Care and Maintenance team, ensuring their continued pleasure in their new environment for many years.

Key Accountabilities:
Deliver an incredible customer experience by leveraging Creative Environment's identity and award-winning design to create a luxurious outdoor experience. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing professional guidance and education to customers, strengthening relationships, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Generate revenue through effective design presentation, mastering negotiations, and managing financial obligations, contributing to the bottom line while upholding personal and organizational accountability.
Lead within the organization while facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across various departments, including drafters, welders, construction managers, and design teams.
Duties:
- Meet with customers to discuss and document the expectations that a client has for their property via walking their job site, assessing budget requirements, and preparing a landscape plan and proposal to meet those expectations.
- Coordinate with our Design Studio Team to prepare plans for presentation according to company standards. Prepare material samples, information slicks, colored displays, and associated project information to maximize the client’s experience.
- Proactively managing the CRM on all active leads, maintaining a clean pipeline, pursuing all leads, utilizing the Customer Experience team to elevate your conversion opportunity.
- Setting proper expectations with customer during pre-construction phase on project walks and collection milestones.
- Daily use of Procore and collaboration with the Construction Manager and other field support teams.
- High level of communication and project updates with Construction department.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Self-driven
- Able to manage time independently, work valley wide.
- Design experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic Spreadsheet/Word Processing
