Duties and Responsibilities :

• Surface Preparation : Prepare and clean surfaces, including sanding, scraping, and priming, to ensure proper paint adhesion including steel and aluminum surfaces and others by assignment.
• Painting and Coating : Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Color Matching and Mixing : Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and finish, ensuring consistency in texture and hue.
• Detail Work : Mask areas to protect surfaces not being painted, ensuring sharp lines and neat edges.
• Quality Control : Inspect completed work for any imperfections and make necessary touch-ups to ensure smooth, flawless finishes.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear while working with chemicals and equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance : Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Customer Service : Interact professionally with clients, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have regarding the painting process.
• Project Management : Plan and organize work efficiently to meet deadlines and minimize disruption to clients.
• Proper Disposal of paint and other hazardous materials.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
