Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review contract documents, including invoices, quotes, addendums, and cost adjustments, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Cross-reference construction plans with bills of materials to confirm consistency and correctness.
- Input and manage data in organizational databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams, including sales, accounting, construction, and purchasing, to streamline workflows and prioritize tasks.
- Perform contract audits to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and report corrective actions as needed.
- Track and report audit metrics weekly, monthly, and for backlog purposes.
- Assist in creating tailored reports for interdepartmental use, leveraging data from the routing database.
- Analyze financial records to identify and resolve recurring errors, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
