Part-Time Sales Associate at Creative Escape in Los Gatos, California
We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team at Creative Escape, an art and paper craft store located in Los Gatos, California. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, stocking and maintaining the store's inventory, and preparing mailers for web orders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
- Maintain the store's inventory by stocking and organizing products
- Prepare mailers for web orders and ensure they are shipped out in a timely manner
- Participate in store events, such as classes and workshops
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience working in a retail or customer service setting is preferred but not required.
- Passion for art, paper craft and creativity
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift boxes up to 20lbs
