What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Teacher position at Creative Expressions Learning Center LC?
Creative Expressions Learning Center in Norman, OK is looking for experienced, energetic, compassionate, childcare teachers to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated and reliable. We are located on 901 N. Peters Avenue. At least 2 years of experience in a Early Childhood environment is required. This is a full time position 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing lessons plans with creative and fun learning experiences
- Conducting observations and assessments
- Chart child’s behavior, meals, learning, etc.
- Maintain Oklahoma licensing ratios and regulations
- Classroom management
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Professional Communication
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or to be obtained within 30days)
- Safe Sleep Certification
- Ability to obtain and pass Oklahoma licensing background check
- Ability to professionally interact with children and maintain proper supervision
- Have compassion and patience with a strong commitment to child development and education
