- Manage and process high-volume rebates and deductions for clients.
- Prepare and process payments in the company’s ERP system.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Work with Excel on various accounting functions, including data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
