Salary: $70,000- $85,000 Bonus

- Preparation of balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, financial statements, and related financial data for multiple locations
- Assist with month end close and performing journal entries
- Review and present financials for areas of responsibility to company leadership
- Budgeting, forecasting, and identifying financial trends
- Identify risks and areas of opportunity for strategic decision making
- Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures are GAAP compliant
- Assist operations leaders with accounting related matters
- Assist in improvement of accounting/ finance processes
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business or related
- Strong Month End close experience
- Strong excel, systems experience
- Growth mindset and strong problem solver
- Interest in assisting system and process improvements
- Experience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing a plus
- Project, cost and/or franchise accounting a plus
