Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role will be involved in a variety of accounting functions, including:
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial data through transaction recording and verification.
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations.
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry.
- Supporting cash receipts, collections, and sales & use tax compliance across multiple states.
- Preparing weekly financial reporting packages and assisting with the monthly reporting package and analysis.
- Contributing to the budgeting and forecasting process and participating in the annual audit.
- Handling inventory management transactions and various ad-hoc projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of general accounting experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Goal-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on ERP experience and STRONG Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a must)
- CPA track is a plus! (You’ll work under a VP of Finance who holds an active CPA license.)
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000, plus bonus eligibility (dependent on experience).
- Full-time onsite role with some flexibility as needed.
