Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Handle payroll processing and associated reporting requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide administrative backup support, including answering phones, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities during the Office Administrator’s absence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
