Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage the accounting team, prepare financial statements, conduct account reconciliations, monitor accounts payable/receivable, input in budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing financial reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee department operations, prioritizing and planning workload
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage financial processes: general ledger, reconciliations, A/P, A/R, inventory management, payroll, and budgeting
- Deliver financial insights and reports to senior management
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk
- Optimize accounting systems and processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support
- Assist in staff hiring, evaluation, and goal setting with management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or higher)
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Mastery of GAAP and B2B accounting standards
- ERP and MS Office proficiency
- A passion for mentoring and process innovation
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
