Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and prep financial statements
- Monitor and evaluate company cash position
- Oversee a small team of 3–4 accounting staff
- Drive improvements in systems, processes, and reporting
- Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and ERP system utilization
- Collaborate closely with the Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, including close and reporting
- Familiarity with NetSuite or another major ERP
