- Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Consolidate foreign subsidiary financials into NetSuite and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze project cost data against quotes, ensuring proper cost allocation.
- Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset ledger, including tracking asset acquisitions, disposals, and monthly depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, external audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members, providing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and finance, to improve cross-functional processes.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from an accredited institution required.
- CPA highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience.
- Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant, with NetSuite expertise.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
