- Financial Reporting: As the Accounting Supervisor, you will lead the preparation and review of timely and accurate financial reports to ensure clear insights into the company's financial health.
- Auditing & Compliance: The Accounting Supervisor will coordinate and support the internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You’ll ensure that all financial records comply with company policies and accounting best practices.
- Month-End & Year-End Close: You will manage the month-end and year-end close processes, overseeing account reconciliations, journal entries, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements under tight deadlines.
- Process Improvements: As the Accounting Supervisor, you will be instrumental in identifying areas for operational improvements and streamlining accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Managing a team of accounting professionals, you will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff. Your leadership will help drive the overall success of the department.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: The Accounting Supervisor will assist in developing budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
