What You’ll Do

• Lead the monthly close process across several retail entities
• Manage and mentor a small accounting team
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
• Partner with FP&A and executive leadership on budgets, forecasts, and insights
• Drive process and systems improvements as the company scales
• Support future system implementations and infrastructure upgrades
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or multi-entity environments
• Strong foundation in general ledger and financial reporting
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
• CPA preferred but not required
