Key Responsibilities Of The AR Manager
- Managed end-to-end accounts receivable processes for a high-volume B2B portfolio, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Oversaw credit approval and risk assessment processes for new and existing clients to mitigate exposure and improve DSO.
- Maintained accurate aging reports and provided regular AR status updates to finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
- The Accounts Receivable Manager will partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Legal teams to resolve disputes, negotiate payment terms, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Produced monthly AR aging and KPI reports, including DSO, bad debt reserves, and cash forecasting insights for executive review.
- Supported audits and month-end close activities with clean reconciliations and documentation
Preferred Qualifications of Account Receivable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- B2B AR experience
- 5 years of progressive
