AIA Biller Qualifications:

• 2 years of AIA billing experience (G702/G703 required).
• Construction or general contracting background preferred.
• Strong Excel and document management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  
  

AIA Biller Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIA G702/G703 billing documents.
• Track project progress and align billing with contractual terms.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Handle lien waivers, change orders, and payment applications.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with billing requirements.
