- Their accounting system is NetSuite, but they are open to candidates with experience in other ERP systems.
- Assist the Controller in managing daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage AP, AR, and general ledger functions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with external auditors and tax professionals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
