- Assist with GAAP conversion project
- Oversee and maintain SOX compliance, including the design, implementation, and testing of internal controls.
- Identify gaps in financial processes and implement improvements to align with regulatory requirements.
- Manage GL accounting and ensure accurate journal entries
- Assist in financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Maintain account reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support audits and work closely with finance leadership
- Strong experience in general ledger accounting & financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
