- Extensive financial leadership experience – 8 years overseeing financial management in large nonprofit or public-sector organizations.
- Educational & Professional Excellence – Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
- Technical Savvy – Experience with ERP systems (Infor Lawson, Workday a plus).
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset – Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting, and government funding compliance.
- Leadership & Vision – A track record of leading financial teams, driving change, and mentoring top talent.
