Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead company-wide forecasting and budgeting processes.
🔹 Prepare profit & loss statements and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for management.
🔹 Develop and manage annual budgets for hotel properties.
🔹 Collect and interpret financial data from senior leadership.
🔹 Collaborate with the Controller and executive team on strategic financial reporting.
🔹 Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and operational projects.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ 8 years of FP&A experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-property finance.
✔ Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
✔ Expert-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced financial formulas.
✔ Experience with Sage accounting software.
✔ Ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights effectively.
