Key Responsibilities Of The Audit Manager
- Lead Audit Engagements: Manage all phases of audit engagements, from planning to final reporting, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Supervise and Develop Staff: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to audit team members to support their professional growth.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing insights, and fostering strong business relationships.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and identify areas for process improvements.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: Active CPA license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in audit, including 2 years in a supervisory role (CPA firm experience strongly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in audit software, MS Office Suite, GAAP, and other accounting standards.
