In this position as Managing Branch Director, you will sell CFS’s accounting, finance, HR, and tech staffing and executive search services. You will develop new accounts, grow existing accounts, and grow and maintain relationships with clients. You will manage all facets of sales process, from initial prospecting to account management, through phone, email, and face-to-face and video meetings.
In addition to managing your book of business, you will lead and lead a team of recruiters and sales professionals.

- Compensation: Base salary $75,000 - 90,000 (depending on experience) uncapped commission bonus. Average year 1 OTE $95,000 - $110,000. Year 2 and beyond $100,000 .
