Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, reporting, and cost control initiatives.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial statements.
- Oversee tax filings, grant reporting, and financial compliance.
- Supervise accounting, billing, medical records, and purchasing.
- Present financial reports to the Board and leadership team.
- Ensure internal controls, audits, and financial best practices.
- Manage IT operations and recommend system upgrades.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or CMA certification.
- Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Accounting with CPA/CMA.
- Experience: 3-5 years in FQHC finance, healthcare financial management, or 7 years in nonprofit finance.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and grant management.
