What You’ll Do As The CFO
- Serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.
- Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general accounting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Lead fiscal reporting, budgeting, financial planning, capitalization, and internal controls, continuously improving processes.
- Build relationships with financial institutions, foundations, and investors to secure and negotiate capital.
- Act as the primary liaison for the Finance and Audit Committee.
- Oversee capital development, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Master’s degree required; CPA preferred.
- Experience in non-profit or fund accounting within government entities or federal credit unions.
- 3-5 years in a financial leadership role, with a solid understanding of financial modeling and strategic planning.
