What You’ll Do As The CFO

• Serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.
• Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general accounting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Lead fiscal reporting, budgeting, financial planning, capitalization, and internal controls, continuously improving processes.
• Build relationships with financial institutions, foundations, and investors to secure and negotiate capital.
• Act as the primary liaison for the Finance and Audit Committee.
• Oversee capital development, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Master’s degree required; CPA preferred.
• Experience in non-profit or fund accounting within government entities or federal credit unions.
• 3-5 years in a financial leadership role, with a solid understanding of financial modeling and strategic planning.
