Key Responsibilities
- Chargeback & Fraud Analysis: Review and balance records related to chargebacks and fraud statuses, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
- Data Entry & Trend Analysis: Enter and analyze data related to fraud and chargeback trends, identifying patterns that contribute to fraud prevention efforts.
- Dispute Resolution & Prevention: Investigate fraudulent transactions, determine the necessary evidence for dispute resolution, and work within the 90-day chargeback cycle to present findings.
- Email & Communication: Handle email requests related to fraud, chargebacks, and disputes, collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve cases efficiently.
- Experience with chargebacks, fraud analysis, or transaction disputes preferred.
- Strong data entry and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with reservation platforms.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, particularly how chargeback coding ties to journal entries.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify fraud trends.
- Work in a flexible environment with remote options.
