- Oversee homebuilding operations, ensuring efficient policies and internal controls.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Evaluate land deals and monitor development budgets.
- Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and technology use.
- Supervise and train staff on financial systems.

- Master's degree or similar
- 7-10 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.

- Strong communication skills.
