- Our client is an organization in the Bethesda area with over 50 years in the business of helping their customers in the service industry.
- Due to an vacancy, they are looking to bring on a Collections Specialist.
- 100% onsite.
- The position is temporary, but for the right candidate can turn permanent.
- Pay: $27-29/ hr depending on experience. Up to $60,000 annually.
- Metro Accessible.
- Schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30a-5:00p.

- Business to Business Collections– mostly email contact with customers; statement letters sent electronically via email. There will be times when the person will want to get on the phone with the customer to clarify details with the customer.
- Will apply cash receipts to invoices that have been paid.
- Will assist with getting invoices out to customers, especially those that use a portal or other billing method and not a mailed invoice
- Unapplied payments
- Additional projects, as requested
- 2-5 years of collections experience
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Lawson/AS400 experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
