- Our long-time client who is a non-profit in the DC/VA/MD area is looking to bring on a Controller due to a vacancy.
- This position is hybrid in Arlington, VA!

- Pay: $68-72/hr depending on experience.
- Duration: Contract-to-hire - depending on performance, fit, and needs of the business.

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting department.
- Oversee the audit process
- Leads ME/YE Close
- Hands on assisting with Reconciliations and Journal Entries
- Grant Management
- Reporting
- Supervise 5 staff members
- Ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Non-profit experience is required
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
- Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s
